Our full range of ice makers comes with a 24-month warranty nationwide service and spare parts. This warranty is contingent on regular maintenance, all ice makers are installed with low-pressure filter membranes.

Our filter and sanitation system that is designed and fitted to all ice makers we install give benefits that allow us to prevent viruses and bacteria from entering the ice makers, which assist in preventing slime and mold build-up within the ice maker. Our filter and sanitation systems are completely chemical-free. Our systems also increase the lifetime of the machines. Crystal clear clean ice is our promise, pure and simple.

All ice-makers ice production is based upon ambient air temperature around the ice maker as well as the temperature entering the ice maker, if either of these two is above the specified temperature ratings ice production will be affected. Ice Technologies Indonesia has a unique pre-chilling plate that assists in pre-chilling the water entering the ice maker which allows for more efficient ice production. The ambient air around the ice maker needs to be part of the considerations when choosing a location for the ice maker.

All our ice makers are air-cooled and have a pre-filter in front of the air-cooled condenser, this is to catch dust and debris from entering the condenser coil. As part of the maintenance procedures, this pre-filter needs to be removed and cleaned. Recommended maintenance across our range of ice makers is bi-monthly. This can be done in-house or take advantage of our cleaning and maintenance service we offer all our clients, as part of this service we not only clean and maintain your ice maker keeping it efficient in its operation we also will take a water sample at the ice maker and have it tested in our laboratory and provide you the results of these tests, this is to ensure water quality does not change and that we can always ensure quality ice from quality water, pure and simple.
